What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the operational powerhouse behind our campaigns-making sure every email, SMS, and landing page is optimized, trackable, and perfectly timed. Your work will fuel launches, nurture leads, retain members, and scale our evergreen funnels.
Your Impact Will Include
• Executing automated campaigns across email, SMS, and web with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Braze.
• Building and testing landing pages, opt-ins, and checkout flows that drive conversions.
• Collaborating with creative, growth, and automation teams to bring strategy to life.
• Ensuring everything is tracked, tagged, segmented, and running like a well-oiled machine.
• Partnering with analytics to surface actionable insights and campaign performance.
• Recommending new tools and systems to increase scalability and performance.

You'll Thrive Here If You Have
• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign deployment, or automation.
• Hubspot expertise, highly desired.
• A strong grasp of DTC marketing and the customer lifecycle.
• Experience in a subscription, membership, or wellness brand (a major plus).
• Hands-on skills in tagging, UTMs, QA, and testing protocols.
• Comfort working across tools like Zapier, Webflow, Shopify, ClickFunnels, HTML/CSS, and A/B testing platforms.
• A proactive mindset, sharp project management skills, and relentless attention to detail.
