Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketplace Assistant located in Hyde. The Marketplace Assistant will be responsible for managing product listings, monitoring inventory levels and updating product information. Additional tasks include coordinating with the customer service team, ensuring timely dispatch of orders, monitoring our account health such as maintaining marketplace standards and policies. Qualifications • Experience in managing product listings and updating product information on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. • Inventory management • Customer service and coordination skills • Ability to support promotional campaigns and maintain marketplace standards • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools • Experience with Linnworks is a plus
