Job Description How does the program work? We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our DCOM team as a Content Creator Lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in codifying the best- in- class Digital Merchandising Must Haves (DMMHs), briefing and liaising with agencies in enhancing pack shots, creating A+ content, curating secondary images, crafting compelling banners, and monitoring content scores on platforms. We are open to Graduates and Postgraduates. β€’ Creativity & Customer Focus β€’ Cultivates Innovation β€’ Action Oriented & Collaborates β€’ Plans and Aligns β€’ Ensure Accountability What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities β€’ Roll out standard for Digital Merchandising (linking in with global Perfect Store team) and provide implementation expertise to support in-market Digital Merchandisers - codify best in class approach & learnings and cascade across the markets. β€’ Accountable for briefing and liaising with key stakeholders internal and external for the development and creation of new assets and delivery for any MEA specific DCOM content & ensuring ideas travel across markets and DCOM platforms: A+ Content & Secondary Images Development: β€’ Craft compelling A+ content that showcases product features and benefits, enhancing the overall customer experience with the agencies. β€’ Curate a library of secondary images to supplement product listings and improve visual storytelling with the agencies. Pack Shot Content Creation β€’ Lead the full revamp and enhancement of all product pack shots for Mars Wrigley β€’ Liaison with content agencies and the marketing team to produce high-quality content for pack shots, showcasing products in an engaging and persuasive manner across all SKUs and brands. β€’ Work closely with marketing team to understand key selling points and incorporate them into visual content. Create Titles And Descriptions For All Products β€’ Develop captivating and SEO-friendly product titles that grab attention and accurately represent the product with the agencies. β€’ Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and unique selling points. β€’ Research trends and key words to enhance titles and descriptions for products to increase products share in search. Banner Development β€’ Develop eye-catching banners that align with our brands identities, drive engagement and meet consumer, customer and DCOM channel needs with creative agencies. β€’ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all visual elements when adapting and creating content and compliant with all brand guidelines. Content Monitoring β€’ Working closely with the Perfect Digital Store team across MEA to monitor and analyze content performance scores on various platforms. β€’ Implement optimizations based on data insights to continually improve content effectiveness. β€’ Codify best in class approach & learnings on content and cascade across the markets and regions.
