• Media Buying & Negotiation: Identify, negotiate, and secure buying opportunities across platforms and publishers to ensure maximum reach and ROI.
• Campaign Creation & Execution: Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop compelling ad creative that supports promotions like targeted equipment auctions, real estate or collector car sales.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4; regularly assess metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, and adjust media buys to maximize effectiveness.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, operations, and the broader team to align with auction schedules, promotional calendars, and BigIron’s brand values of trust and transparency.
• Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Utilize demographic, behavioral, and industry data to hone in on target audiences—such as end-user farmers, equipment dealerships, and global bidders—and tailor media strategies accordingly
• Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with media vendors and platforms, ensuring high standards for ad placement and campaign delivery.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in media buying or planning roles, preferably within B2B, e-commerce, or auction-driven markets.

• Analytical Acumen: Strong capability in interpreting media campaign performance, optimizing budgets, and demonstrating ROI.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in securing favorable terms with media vendors.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to create strategies and present findings clearly to both internal partners and external media vendors.
