Job Summary: As a Merchandise Coordinator, you’ll assist with the end-to-end execution of product planning, development, and delivery. You’ll support internal teams with data entry, product setup, vendor communication, and reporting. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in retail, merchandising, or e-commerce operations. Responsibilities: Product Setup & Data Management • Create and maintain product records in internal systems (SKUs, descriptions, pricing, colors, sizes, buy status, inventory status) • Ensure product data is complete and accurate for both internal use and external (e-commerce/marketing) Vendor & Sample Coordination • Communicate with vendors to request samples, images, and product specifications, sample POs, vendor term agreements and invoicing approval • Track sample status and approvals, ensuring on time delivery • Help schedule virtual product reviews with cross-functional teams and turnovers • Sample coordination for all photoshoots; POs, deliveries, transfers and SKU tracking Reporting & Analysis • Pull weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and delivery reports • Track KPIs (sell-through, margin, on-time delivery) • Flag delays, shortages, or performance issues to the buyer Purchase Order & Calendar Support • Assist with the creation and tracking of purchase orders for all special orders and domestic deliveries • Maintain seasonal product calendars and delivery schedules-GTM and promotional schedule • Coordinate order changes, substitutions, or delays with vendors • Maintain promotional calendars and Asana for non-mattress categories Cross-Team Communication • Collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to support product launches • Ensure consistent messaging across product touchpoints • Conduct all product turnover for non-mattress products Requirements: • 1–3 years’ experience in product coordination, merchandising, or buying (retail/e-commerce preferred) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) • Experience with retail management systems STORIS a plus • Strong communication skills — able to work cross-functionally in a remote team • Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, supply chain, or related field (preferred) Additional Requirements: • Must be able to travel to Florida retail locations on a weekly basis to support store visits, team training, and remerchandising initiatives • Additional project travel if support is needed
