Cross-Functional Collaboration β€’ Work closely with merchandising, product development, and marketing to ensure alignment between inventory and brand strategy. β€’ Partner with wholesale teams to align buys with retailer demand and seasonal cycles. β€’ Collaborate with finance to integrate inventory forecasts with cash flow planning and revenue targets. What You’ll Bring β€’ 4-6 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory planning, ideally within an omnichannel fashion or DTC startup environment. β€’ Proven track record with Open-to-Buy (OTB), demand forecasting, and inventory modeling. β€’ Strong analytical and financial acumen, with advanced Excel skills (experience with Looker/Tableau or ERP systems like NetSuite a plus). β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and build planning processes from the ground up. β€’ Excellent cross-functional communication and a collaborative mindset.
