As a Merchandising Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the efficient and seamless execution of day-to-day operations on FanDuel’s Prediction Market product. You will be instrumental in the continued success of our site and a key member of the FanDuel Team. We are looking for a candidate with an interest in or understanding of prediction markets and event-based contracts. You must be able to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities and commit to delivering the best product to our customers. With Prediction Markets being a new and growing area, there is plenty of room for development and advancement for the right individual in this role.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

• Merchandise and optimize Prediction Markets pages to ensure engaging and relevant experiences for users.
• Monitor live events and site performance.
• Ensure on-site content is accurate, timely and aligned with customer interests.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech partners to improve tooling, workflows and processes.
• Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly.
• Support cross-functional teams to align on requirements, strategies and priorities.
• Assist in documenting formats, rules and processes to establish long-term operational standards.
• Identify and escalate bugs and issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and support the product’s growth.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $24.52 - $30.76 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
