Senior Meta Media Buyer – eCommerce Focus
Location: Remote

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative-first Paid Social Media Manager to own and scale our eCommerce acquisition efforts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat—with a primary focus on Meta. This isn’t just a media buying role. You’ll drive both the performance strategy and the creative direction behind our highest-performing ad content.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-funnel paid social strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta (primary), TikTok, and Snapchat
• Own creative direction for all paid social campaigns—concepting, briefing, and managing production
• Collaborate with designers, creators, and editors to develop high-converting ad content (static, UGC, short-form, etc.)
• Build and maintain creative testing systems, constantly iterating on hooks, angles, and formats
• Analyze performance data (Meta, GA4, Triple Whale, etc.) and translate insights into action
• Consistently hit ROAS and CPA targets while scaling media spend from $250K/month to $1M+
• Report directly to the CEO with performance insights, creative learnings, and growth opportunities
Who You Are
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns for eCommerce brands
• Actively managing Meta campaigns (non-negotiable)
• Proven track record scaling brands from early traction to 8- or 9-figure revenue
• Experience personally managing $250K–$1M+ in monthly paid social budgets
• Creative-minded—able to direct content production, guide edits, and test formats that convert
• Obsessed with understanding what makes ads perform: from copy and structure to visuals and timing
• Confident briefing and managing UGC creators, designers, and media buyers
• Bonus: Familiarity with GA4, Triple Whale, Meta Ads Library, and UGC pipelines
