• Use customer journey mapping, feedback, and analytics to identify friction and improve usability.

• Track key performance metrics, run A/B tests, and use insights to iterate on the product.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6–10 years of product management experience focused on web-based digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical planning and execution.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, PRDs, user stories, and backlog management.
• Proven track record of delivering user-centric web experiences in cross-functional settings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and backend integrations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or design-related field.
