Position Overview As Sales Executive, you are responsible for achieving net-new sales growth for a hybrid mid-market/enterprise territory spanning EMEA and North America. Typical wins range from $50 k to high-six-figure ARR SaaS contracts and involve multi-stakeholder RFPs, rigorous technical reviews, and complex procurement cycles. Success demands a disciplined, project-management mindset, the ability to self-source at least 20 % of pipeline, and fluency in modern value-based frameworks such as Gap Selling or Challenger. Position Responsibilities • Build opportunity plans that consistently achieve or exceed quarterly new-logo quotas in upper mid-market and enterprise segments. • Source ≥ 20 % of qualified pipeline through outbound, partner, and ecosystem motions. • Utilize IXOPAY resources judiciously to achieve the company's growth targets, including collaboration with Marketing and Solution Architecture. • Utilize tools and process best practices in the execution of the role. • Lead prospects through RFPs, PCI/security reviews, architecture workshops, and commercial negotiations, ensuring a smooth, on-schedule “go-live.” • Create mutual action plans, track milestones, and marshal IXOPAY and partner resources to keep deals moving. • Build ROI-based business cases that tie IXOPAY capabilities to revenue growth, cost savings, and risk reduction. • Leverage CRM hygiene (e.g., MEDDICC) and dashboards to maintain forecast accuracy > 95 %. • Represent IXOPAY at industry events and educate the market on payments-optimization trends across EMEA and the U.S. • Work closely with Marketing, Solution Architecture, Product, and Partner teams to remove roadblocks and accelerate cycles. Position Qualifications • BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent • 4+ years quota carrying in SaaS or payments-technology sales experience • Proven record of closing $50 k–$500 k + ARR deals in mid-market and enterprise accounts. • Deep knowledge of merchant payments, e-commerce gateways, tokenization, and/or PCI compliance. • Demonstrated success selling into both EMEA and U.S. buying centers—comfortable with local regulations, procurement norms, and time-zone orchestration. • History of self-sourcing ≥ 20 % of pipeline and consistently beating quota. • Mastery of complex sales processes (RFP management, security & legal review, C-suite value engineering). • Process-driven, project-management orientation—skilled with mutual action plans, stakeholder maps, and deal-desk checklists. • Working knowledge of Gap Selling, Challenger Sale, or similar value-based frameworks. • Polished communicator who can craft persuasive narratives, lead executive presentations, and collaborate cross-functionally. • Enthusiastic, positive, highly energetic Nice to Have • Experience integrating with PSPs, acquirers, or alternative payment methods. • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, 6sense/ZoomInfo, Gong/Chorus. • Multilingual proficiency (e.g., German, French, Spanish) to deepen EMEA reach.
