Job Summary:
Motion designer you will be responsible for creating visually engaging motion graphics across GMG brands in a variety of different digital animated and static campaigns platforms, email and ad networks. Working within a group of Digital Marketers, designers, and writers to create engaging content. Responsibilities include conceptualizing ideas, collaborating with creative teams, and using Adobe creative suite software, including. Aftereffects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma and Illustrator. You must hold a strong design sensibility with technical skills, and the ability to stay updated on industry trends, possessing a unique blend of creative expertise and deep understanding of artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Brainstorm and develop creative concepts from scratch, formulating your creative ideas into brand campaign motion designs for various touchpoints
β’ Online asset touchpoints, include onsite banners across all device types, paid ads, affiliate marketing and social media assets.
β’ Translate project requirements into visually stunning motion designs that align with project objectives and goals.
β’ Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our design capabilities competitive.
β’ Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
β’ Leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence to conceptualize and execute campaigns that harness the power of AI, ensuring seamless integration of technology and creativity.
β’ Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, exploring novel ways to incorporate them into creative strategies (Vertex, Mid journey, etc.). Financial Performance:
β’ Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, utilizing AI-driven insights to optimize and enhance future campaigns. Team Collaboration:
β’ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a deep understanding of project requirements fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
β’ Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
β’ Provide mentor ship and guidance to design executives to maintain consistently high-quality of work and support their professional growth.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver integrated and cohesive campaigns.
Technical Competencies:
β’ 5+ years' experience using Adobe creative suite including aftereffects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma and Illustration.
β’ Microsoft office required: Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
β’ Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to implement feedback.
β’ Can do attitude and ability to motivate a team and increase quality and speed of execution.
β’ Brainstorm and develop creative concepts that combine branding and commerce.
β’ Ability to own multiple phases of a project with minimal oversight while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Clear and concise English written and oral communications skills, Arabic is a plus.
