Job Title – Motion Designer

Pay Range - $85-86 per hr. on w2
Must-Have Skills
• 5–7 years of experience in motion design (product-focused).
• Strong portfolio with in-product motion examples (not reels, sizzles, or video edits).
• Proficiency in Rive and ability to deliver engineer-ready motion specs.
• Experience across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• Deep understanding of native platform nuances (iOS vs. Android behaviors).
• Expertise in UI/UX motion interactions (buttons, transitions, page flows, onboarding).
• Knowledge of After Effects and C4D.
• Experience working on enterprise-level ecommerce or tech products (buyer/seller flows).
Portfolio Expectations
• Must show high-touch in-product motion design across multiple platforms. (not reels, sizzles, or video edits).
Examples:
• Purchase flows, checkout, or homepage interactions.
• Button clicks and feedback animations.
• Page transitions.
• Countdown/entry experience for live sales.
• Social/live elements: chat motion, emojis, reactions.
• Should demonstrate both functional motion (clarity, usability) and delightful motion (storytelling, brand alignment).
