National Account Executive
Office based role (5 days)
Up to 45k + car allowance + benefits
About our Client
A fast-growing FMCG business in both the UK and worldwide markets.
The Role
As a National Account Executive, you will support the management and growth of the online retail experience on Amazon. Working closely with senior sales leaders, youβll handle day-to-day account activities, promotional planning, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
Key responsibilities
β’ Support day-to-day management of key Retail and Wholesale accounts
β’ Assist in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships
β’ Help negotiate terms, pricing, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) under guidance
β’ Support management of promotional activities and identification of new ranging opportunities
β’ Assist with forecasting and coordinating supply chain activities
β’ Contribute to customer activation and activity planning
β’ Support export planning and forecasting for international accounts, where applicable
β’ Assist in weekly performance reporting and budget tracking
β’ Support resolution of customer queries including availability, purchase orders, product shortages, and complaints
Candidate Profile
β’ Experience working with online retail platforms such as Amazon, Ocado, or other major e-commerce retailers
β’ Experience in sales support, account management, or related roles
β’ Strong communication and organisational skills
β’ Commercially minded with an eagerness to learn and grow
β’ Comfortable working with data and retail systems (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar)
β’ Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a small team environment
