Role description
Position: National Account Manager (U.S.) Head Office: Irvine, California Salary: $120k - $140k + Commission Working Model: Hybrid after 4 weeks (40% Travel Across the U.S.) Background in premium consumer products, appliances, outdoor living, or hardware retail is highly desirable! WOW Recruitment is looking for a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to lead the growth and optimization of our distributor and dealer network across the United States. You will manage key national accounts, drive retail and showroom expansion, and develop new strategic partnerships to accelerate our market share in premium outdoor heating. Key Responsibilities: โ€ข Lead the rollout of our client's branded presence in Tier 1/Tier 2 dealers and onboard new high-potential partners. โ€ข Drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships with key national retail and e-commerce partners. โ€ข Scout and launch new strategic channel partners in luxury outdoor living, kitchen & patio, and landscape supply channels. โ€ข Drive sell-through, execute showroom rollouts, and enhance branded visibility across key dealers. Key Qualifications: โ€ข 5+ years of experience in sales/channel management within premium consumer durables or outdoor living. โ€ข Proven ability to manage national accounts and grow revenue in retail and e-commerce environments. โ€ข Strong understanding of dealer/distributor dynamics and ability to execute showroom merchandising and sell-through tracking. โ€ข Highly organized, self-directed, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
