The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, with a focus on e-commerce, content marketing, and affiliate marketing. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence in the market. Previous experience at a senior level inside a media agency, tech startups, or AI are highly desirable. Duties Manage the marketing support team who will carry out analysis, competitor research, product surveys, content production, email marketing, PPC, and copywriting Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and globalization. Oversee content marketing efforts and train the marketing team, including press releases and media outlets, social media production, and talent engagements (ambassadors) to engage subscribers. With the help from the Design team, develop a Sales & Marketing Training Playbook, and with the Finance team a Pipeline and Strategy. Drive Loyalty Program initiatives to enhance online sales performance. Manage and execute outbound National and Global Sales contracts with advertisers. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Report to CMO on campaign performance. This is a managerial position with seniority for proven executive with a strong track record of sales, who can handle a start up environment and wear many hats. We expect that the marketing and sales support teams will be built within the first six months, whilst our SaaS product is launched in new markets globally. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and marketing management. Strong knowledge of email marketing, content marketing, e-commerce, and advertising sales. Proficiency in WordPress and familiarity with website management best practices. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively. Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience with marketing automation platforms is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. an existing network within fashion brands, beauty, hospitality - hotels, and or press media is highly favorable. Location This role will start as fully remote, with a budget for travel, networking and trade shows. The candidate must be able to travel with a valid passport, drivers license, and have the flexibility to travel interstate and internationally as required.
