This organization is scaling aggressively across multiple channels, and NetSuite plays a central role in enabling smarter, faster, and more accurate business operations. The successful candidate will bring at least 5+ years of direct apparel/retail sector experience and a proven track record of managing NetSuite in fast-paced environments. This is a high-impact role requiring both technical expertise and strong business acumen, with regular collaboration across Finance, Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain. The position also requires monthly travel (approximately 15–20% of the year) to distribution centers, retail sites, and key partners. Key Responsibilities • Oversee NetSuite system administration, configuration, and optimization across Finance, Operations, and Planning. • Manage workflows, roles, permissions, saved searches, and dashboards to support retail-specific business processes. • Collaborate with Planning, Buying, and Operations teams to improve item creation, purchasing, inventory, and order workflows. • Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy in billing, revenue recognition, and month-end close. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues while managing integrations with ecommerce platforms, 3PLs, and data warehouse systems. • Drive system enhancements that improve scalability, efficiency, and data accuracy. • Create and maintain documentation while training end-users to ensure adoption and compliance. Ideal Candidate Profile • 5+ years NetSuite experience within the apparel or retail sector (required). • Strong background in ERP workflows, inventory management, and retail operations. • Hands-on expertise in NetSuite administration, customization, and reporting. • Proven ability to support and improve integrations with ecommerce, 3PL, and related platforms. • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Willingness to travel monthly (15–20% of the year).
