Position Overview:
The Nutraceutical Business Head will lead the strategic and operational direction of NCH’s nutraceutical portfolio, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership across the UAE and wider GCC. The role carries full P&L accountability, with responsibility for developing winning go-to-market strategies, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & P&L Ownership
• Define and execute the growth strategy for the nutraceutical business, ensuring alignment with NCH’s overall corporate objectives.
• Own the full P&L, setting financial targets, optimising revenue streams, and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
• Lead business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support sustainable growth.
Market Expansion & Channel Development
• Strengthen the portfolio’s presence across e-commerce, modern trade, and healthcare channels, ensuring best-in-class execution.
• Develop and maintain joint business plans with retailers, distributors, and partners to increase visibility, penetration, and category leadership.
• Identify and activate new opportunities for portfolio expansion, innovation, and differentiation in line with consumer needs.
Customer & Marketing Excellence
• Champion a client-centric and empathy-led approach, enhancing customer trust and satisfaction through tailored solutions.

• 08 - 10 years of progressive experience in nutraceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG, with proven success in portfolio and P&L management.
