Role description
Role Summary: As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns across channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including content, social media and graphic design. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Tiktok and Snapchat Ads. β€’ Leverage AI tools for content generation, personalization, campaign optimization, and predictive analytics. β€’ Analyze and report campaign performance using platforms like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and AI-powered analytics tools. β€’ Collaborate with content teams to create marketing assets (ad copy, emails, etc.), occasionally using AI writing assistants. β€’ Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, especially advancements in AI/ML applications for marketing. β€’ Come up with experiments and initiatives to grow the revenue in the digital ecosystem Requirements: β€’ 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrable success across major channels. β€’ Experience using AI-based tools for marketing purposes (examples: Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT, Midjourney for creatives, or similar). β€’ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEM, social media advertising, shopify and magento. β€’ Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Looker Studio, or other marketing analytics dashboards. β€’ Solid understanding of marketing automation and ecommerce best practices. β€’ Excellent communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messaging with or without AI assistance. β€’ Experience in eCommerce or F&B brands is a must
