About The Role: The OluKai Amazon Channel Sr. Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall Amazon strategy for the U.S. and Canada businesses. This role requires a strong blend of financial planning, merchandising, inventory management, reporting, and operational oversight. The Sr. Manager will partner cross-functionally with Product, Planning, Operations, and external agency partners to drive profitable growth, optimize inventory, and deliver on revenue goals. This position will be supported by the Amazon Sales Assistant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Financial Responsibilities Develop monthly revenue plans for both U.S. and Canada Amazon businesses, including: • Gross Sales • Net Sales • Unit Inventory Plan • • Unit Sales Plan • Return Units / Dollar Plan • Media Spend • Opex Planning Inventory & Merchandising • Build and maintain detailed unit inventory plans, forecasting bulk totals by gender, category, style, color, and size. • Partner with Product & Planning teams to procure inventory from the full line, special makeups, rebuys, and distressed inventory. • Ensure adherence to buying and procurement calendars. • Buy accurately to support business demand while minimizing overstock or excess. • Collaborate with Sales team to strategically allocate inventory. • Provide recap reporting (“Business Unit Roll-Ups”) to the Planning team to support accurate companywide forecasts. Reporting Responsibilities • Prepare and present insights for monthly hindsight meetings with Product & Planning. • Deliver weekly performance recaps to the Executive team, tracking progress toward monthly and yearly revenue goals. • Present seasonal reporting twice per year at Demand Meetings, outlining strategy and buys by style and category. Operational Responsibilities • Manage replenishment orders based on demand (twice weekly during peak seasons, once weekly in off-peak and as needed). • Lead weekly meetings with agency partners, driving weekly priorities. • Manage media partners by providing monthly push/pull lists and ongoing direction during peak seasons. • Partner with Amazon SAS manager weekly to escalate issues, optimize site performance, and secure marketing placement opportunities. • Manage AZ Sell Kit account. • Collaborate with eCommerce and Operations teams to leverage BWP during strategic selling moments. Skills Critical to Success: • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Planning, Sales, Operations, and external partners. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments. • Capable of mentoring/supporting an Amazon Sales Assistant to maximize output. • Relationship management skills to navigate internal teams and external partners effectively. • Strong ability to build and manage revenue plans (gross/net sales, unit sales, returns, media spend, Opex). • Forecasting and budgeting expertise (inventory, sales, and demand planning). • Advanced Excel skills for modeling, reporting, and data analysis. • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for executives. • Enjoys working at a fast pace with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. Requirements and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field • 7+ years of Buying/Planning experience. • 3–5 years of direct experience with Amazon Seller Central. • 3 years people management experience • Strong Excel skills (advanced proficiency preferred). • Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon Media tools (preferred). • Experience with Full Circle or Domo (preferred). Location & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in Irvine, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $111,000 to $140,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
