The Change Partners are working with a leading global tier 1 technology company to hire an Omnichannel Lead. We're seeking a strategic leader with proven leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of the pure-play market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-develop and execute channel partner promotional strategies with senior stakeholder presentations.
• Drive customer-centric digital propositions within product management frameworks.
• Secure global funding through compelling commercial business cases and performance metrics.
• Optimise customer journey experiences across digital touchpoints.
• Lead team of three Marketing Managers across partnership investment, delivery, and performance.
• Manage significant e-commerce platform advertising budgets with ROAS accountability. Execute performance marketing strategies with deep digital metrics.
• Develop mutually beneficial programs across cross-channel opportunities.
• Collaborate with retail partners on high-impact promotional activities
What we're looking for:
• Established e-commerce platform marketing background with direct or agency experience.
• 8-10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership track record with formal people management experience.
• Comprehensive marketing mix expertise across ATL and BTL channels.
• Strong budget management capabilities delivering measurable ROI.
• Advanced digital marketing expertise with performance metrics proficiency.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for senior audiences.
• Commercial acumen with B2B contract negotiation experience. Strategic thinking with operational execution capabilities.
