Elisa for Life is an insurtech startup revolutionizing the way life insurance is sold. For over a century, permanent life insurance—whole, universal, and variable—has been sold through outdated methods like cold calls and door-to-door sales. Today’s digital-first consumers demand a modern, seamless buying experience, and independent life insurance advisors have been largely shut out from reaching the online consumer.
That’s where Elisa for Life comes in. Our digital advisor integrates directly with life insurance agents' websites, enabling them to provide the digital-first experience today's consumers demand while serving as a 24/7, world-class lead generation tool. Our founding team pioneered this previously in the direct-to-consumer space, and now, at Elisa for Life, we are empowering independent life insurance agents to do the same with our B2B2C offering. This brings with it exciting new opportunities along with a unique set of challenges. With our first clients onboard we are ready to scale.
The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced performance marketer. This role starts as a part-time commitment (15-20 hours per week) with a salary and significant equity ownership. As we generate revenue and secure funding (targeted for Q3/Q4), the position will transition into a full-time role with a commensurate salary.
We understand that you may have other professional commitments, and we welcome candidates who can effectively dedicate the required time to Elisa for Life while continuing in any current role(s) you may have.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking a holistic, multi-channel approach to optimizing lead generation for both:
Our clients (B2C): Managing and optimizing Meta campaigns to drive high-quality traffic to ELISA, helping life insurance agents connect with potential customers while always striving to drive lead costs down.
Our own growth (B2B): Developing and executing strategies to drive ELISA adoption among independent life insurance agents nationwide.
