T H WHITE is recruiting for an Online Parts Shop Assistant to join our Parts Team.
Hours
Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week
Open to flexible working
Key Duties Will Include
β’ Responding to customersβ orders
β’ Dealing with customer enquiries
β’ Uploading new products
β’ Updating stock levels
β’ Working with the marketing team to run online promotions
β’ Manage all background functions of the webshop
The Ideal Applicant
β’ Strong customer service skills: Ability to respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
β’ Basic technical knowledge of parts/products relevant to the shop.
β’ Excellent organizational skills to manage orders, inventory, and follow-ups.
β’ Good written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers online.
β’ Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
β’ Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, email, and databases.
