Lucky Egg is the UK’s Fastest-Growing Party Games Company 🚀
We’ve just been named the 4th fastest Founder-Led Startup in the UK - making us the #1 fastest-growing party games company in the country. And we’re just getting started…
Who We Are
We’re Lucky Egg, the fast-growing creators shaking up the party games world with viral hits like Grab the Mic and Sorry What?!. Our games are played by millions worldwide and spark joy, laughter, and connection. At Lucky Egg, we move fast, think big, and relentlessly pursue bold ideas that reshape the way people play. Check us out on TikTok: @luckyeggofficial.
Join the Team
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, proactive, and organised individual to join our team as an Operations Executive.
This is a hands-on role - you’ll be in the engine room of the business, making sure orders flow smoothly, stock levels are under control, and our partners (3PLs, distributors, suppliers) are always aligned. You’ll work closely with and report to the Head of Ops, and play a critical part in scaling Lucky Egg into new markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Inventory & Stock
- Own visibility of stock levels across global warehouses and markets.
- Maintain clear, accurate ops trackers.
- Flag risks early and escalate with proposed solutions.
Shipments & Logistics
- Own inbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs - ensuring everyone is aligned on timelines.
- Report on progress of sea and air shipments; maintain accurate status updates.
- Oversee the B2B process, ensuring smooth delivery to retail partners.
- Liaise with 3PLs on outbound fulfilment, tracking SLA performance and resolving issues through partners.
Customer Ops
- Own the customer-facing side of operations: ensuring D2C orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
- Track, investigate, and resolve customer order issues (e.g. delayed shipments, incorrect deliveries) with 3PLs and couriers.
- Identify recurring issues and drive improvements to reduce future errors.
Process & Improvement
- Take ownership of ops trackers, reporting, and workflows - ensuring senior leadership has accurate, timely visibility.
- Suggest process improvements to make operations smoother and faster.
- Contribute to long-term projects such as new market expansion.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 1–3 years’ experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce.
- Excellent organisation skills - you thrive on keeping things tidy and on track.
- Confident communicator who can manage partners and suppliers remotely.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, systems, and data entry.
- A problem-solver who spots issues early and takes ownership to resolve them.
Desirable:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop).
- Exposure to 3PLs, B2B wholesale operations, or inventory planning.
- Interest in consumer goods, games, or entertainment.
Why Join Lucky Egg?
We’re not just selling games - we’re making the world more fun. You’ll join a high-performing, creative team where your work directly keeps the brand moving.
- Be at the heart of a high-growth brand scaling internationally.
- Learn fast in a high-performing, creative team.
- Autonomy and ownership - your work directly keeps the brand moving.
- Opportunity to grow into more responsibility as the business scales.
Benefits
- 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
- Hybrid working - a balanced setup with 1 day per week WFH.
- Central Soho office, ideally located near major transport links.
- Fully-stocked kitchens & fridges.
- A free selection of our games each year - play is part of the job!
- Regular social events, from team lunches to our legendary summer sports day.
- Access to local discounts - cafés, fitness, beauty, and more.
- Pension scheme to support your future plans.
