Operations Integrator We're hiring an Operations Integrator to help build the backbone of our fast-growing DTC personal care brand. This is a cross-functional leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on making things run like clockwork — from fulfillment and finance to people operations and vendor management. As the right hand to our co-founders, you’ll take the visionary goals of the company and translate them into repeatable systems, processes, and outcomes. You’ll be implementing the EOS framework, managing internal ops, aligning the team to quarterly goals, and supporting our mission to build a radically better model for natural personal care. We're looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in an operations or integrator role at a B2C ecommerce consumer products company. You should be equally comfortable reviewing a P&L as you are handling a logistics issue or onboarding a new hire.
