Job Description
NBC Sports Next, a division of ‘Versant’, is where sports and technology intersect. We’re fueled by our mission to innovate, create larger-than-life events and connect with sports fans through technology. We’re a subdivision of NBC Sports and home to leading technology platforms and digital applications for Youth & Recreational Sports; Golf; and Emerging Media.
Over the past twenty years, Fandango has built a network of direct-to-consumer digital brands, where 50 million+ fans unite to celebrate their love for movies, TV and streaming. We take pride in serving fans throughout their entertainment journey from content discovery to theatrical moviegoing to watching at home. Our portfolio includes leading online movie ticketer, Fandango, which tickets for more than 31,000 U.S. movie screens; world-renowned entertainment review site, Rotten Tomatoes; and Fandango at Home (previously known as Vudu), the on-demand streaming service offering the industry’s best selection of 4K UHD titles and more than 250,000 new release and catalogue movies and next day TV shows.

Though responsibilities are focused primarily on retail and direct to consumer promotional programs for all Gift Card brands in the Fandango/Sports Next portfolio, this role will also play a key role in carrying out website updates, promotional campaigns, B2B customer support, creative approvals and print production deliverables for both the Gift Cards business and other Partnerships activations. The ideal candidate is comfortable collaborating across teams, working internally and externally, keeping a close eye on quality-first executions, and ensuring that deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and completed on time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Support the execution of digital gift card campaigns across multiple brand storefronts (D2C, B2B, and retail), including product launches, seasonal updates, and troubleshooting and other campaign execution needs that support the broader team as they arise.

• Contribute to QA testing and proofing of printed materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with creative and legal requirements.
• Work toward hitting milestones and deadlines by keeping tasks moving forward and ensuring timely follow-through on reviews, revisions, and approvals.
• Act as the tactical point person for B2B channel customers, supporting their digital order journey and helping resolve questions or issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Creative, PR, Product, Legal, and Customer Support to align on campaign execution and asset delivery.
• Use platforms such as Salesforce, Asana, and vendor systems to support task tracking, execution, and issue resolution.
• Utilize Salesforce to record, monitor and provide reporting to key stakeholders including gift card team, management and finance.
• Track all promotional programs, ensuring accuracy of distributor marketing reports and marketing efforts.
• Help maintain documentation related to production specs, QA checklists, and campaign workflows.
• Take a solutions-focused approach to execution, collaborating with others to overcome obstacles and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently
• Role will be approx. 75% gift card campaign executions support and 25% supporting other campaigns.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, entertainment, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, production coordination, or eCommerce support, preferably within the gift card, retail, or payments industry.
• Experience supporting print production processes, including proofing, QA, and working with vendors to move materials through final delivery.
• Familiarity with digital campaign workflows and execution across multiple storefronts or customer channels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch inconsistencies in both digital and printed materials.
