Key Responsibilities: β€’ Plan and execute global and regional marketing campaigns for P2P and Fiat Gateway products (user acquisition, retention, brand awareness). β€’ Localize campaigns to fit the cultural, regulatory, and user behavior nuances of each market. β€’ Drive branding strategies across digital channels, content, and external communications. β€’ Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with local marketing agencies or KOLs to drive reach and credibility. β€’ Collaborate closely with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Regional Ops teams to ensure marketing content aligns with regulatory and operational requirements. β€’ Support go-to-market strategies for new feature launches, region expansions, and payment methods. β€’ Monitor and analyze marketing performance data and suggest improvements. What We’re Looking For: β€’ 3+ years of experience in marketing (product marketing, regional marketing, or campaign management), preferably in fintech, payments, marketplaces, or e-commerce. β€’ Experience executing marketing campaigns across different regions or emerging markets. β€’ Strong understanding of brand positioning, user acquisition funnels, and localized messaging. β€’ Hands-on experience in managing marketing partnerships and vendor relationships is a plus. β€’ Comfortable navigating compliance or working with regulated products (messaging approval flows, risk-sensitive markets). β€’ Creative thinker with strong project management and communication skills. β€’ Data-driven and results-oriented mindset. Nice to Have: β€’ Familiarity with P2P platforms, fintech apps, or fiat-crypto gateways. β€’ Experience in growth or lifecycle marketing. β€’ Background in communications, PR, or content creation.
