Role Description We’re hiring a contract Paid Ads Manager with experience running full-funnel campaigns for small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization across Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X. This role requires a balance of analytical skills and creative strategy—you’ll work closely with our creative team to develop winning ads, while also studying competitor campaigns to identify trends, messaging angles, and opportunities to outperform. Responsibilities • Develop and manage full-funnel ad strategies (awareness → conversion) tailored to SMB budgets • Run paid campaigns across Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X • Collaborate with creative teams to design, test, and scale high-performing ad concepts • Research competitor ads and trends to identify what’s working in the market and apply insights to campaigns • Build targeting strategies, test creative, and adjust budgets for best CAC/ROAS • Set up conversion tracking and report on KPIs like CTR, CPA, LTV, and ROAS • Optimize campaigns weekly to drive profitability within client constraints • Communicate clearly with clients—sharing strategy, performance, and recommendations Qualifications • 2+ years managing paid ads for SMBs or DTC/e-commerce brands • Skilled in Google Ads/YouTube + Meta Ads (core), with working knowledge of TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X • Proven track record of generating profitable results with $2K–$20K monthly budgets • Strong understanding of campaign structures, funnels, and creative testing • Experience analyzing competitor campaigns and applying insights to strategy • Client-facing communication skills—able to explain results simply and clearly Compensation Project-based.
