Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist with hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Instagram Shop, and familiarity with Shopify integrations. This contract role will start part-time with the strong opportunity to transition into a full-time, W2 position for the right candidate who demonstrates results and alignment with our team culture.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Instagram Shop.
Develop and manage Shopify-connected advertising funnels to drive conversions and sales.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
Conduct audience research and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
Collaborate with creative and account management teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new ad products, and platform best practices.
Qualifications
5+ years of paid ads management experience across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Instagram Shop.
Strong understanding of Shopify and eCommerce advertising strategies.
Proven track record of managing ad budgets at scale and delivering measurable ROI.
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
