With a client base that represents 12.5 million annual ticket sales, Noise New Media has established itself as a leading digital media marketing agency for State Fairs, venues, events, festivals, Rodeos, and comedy clubs.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Digital Manager located in Nashville, TN. The Paid Digital Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various platforms, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, analyzing data to improve performance, and managing budgets. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing ad campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with other team members to achieve marketing goals.

Expert with Meta Business Manager
Expert with Meta Ads Manager
Expert with Google Search Ads, P-Max
Expert with TikTok Ads Manager
Expert knowledge of main social media platform functionality including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Drive, Wordpress
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to create and execute A/B tests to optimize campaigns
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience in the entertainment or events industry is a major plus
Attention to detail and accuracy essential
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to manage several different projects simultaneously
Great to Have:
β’ Experience with any aspect of music festivals, agricultural/state/county fairs and rodeos
β’ Experience with ticketing systems and understanding ticket reports
β’ Knowledge of contemporary music and radio including Country, Pop and Rock
Hours:
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role.
In-Office (Nashville)
Paid Time Off: 10 Business Days per year, beginning at hire date. Hours are accrued on hire-date anniversary and may not exceed 10 business days.
Salary: $65K - $75K
Company Holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day
