Role description
We are looking for a Paid Social Media Account Strategist who can combine creativity, analytical skills, and client-facing expertise to drive measurable results for our client. The Paid Social Media Account Strategist will manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, Meta, and TikTok. This role requires someone who can translate client goals into actionable campaigns, analyze performance metrics, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure ROI while staying ahead of industry trends. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns to meet client KPIs and objectives. • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize campaign performance. • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad content aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging. • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and reports to clients and internal teams. • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to ensure efficient media spend. • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing strategic guidance and regular updates. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other digital teams, including paid search, SEO, and content, to ensure integrated campaign success. • Qualifications: • 2–5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns for clients or brands. • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools • Managed multi-brand portfolios, led strategy, and owned stakeholder communication end-to-end. • Managed team of media buyers and creative/copy support teams. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to meet ROI, engagement, and conversion goals. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. • Passion for social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing innovation. Preferred Skills: • Experience with paid social platforms for B2B marketing. • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Media Buying, or Leadership. • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools. • History of leading webinars or workshops on paid media best practices.
