Job Description
A day in the life of a Paid Media Associate is a balance of hands-on ad account management, campaign execution, and close collaboration with strategists to bring new ideas to life. You’ll report to our Senior Paid Social Strategist while working alongside our Senior Paid Search Specialist to support ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and Pinterest.
Qualifications

Ad Account Management
• Maintain ad accounts with monthly pixel and catalog management, audience updates, and integration checks
• Implement new ad tests and duplicate ads under strategist guidance
• Build and launch ads in dedicated ad sets
Strategy Execution
• Draft campaign outlines and write ad copy with formatting and implementation notes
• Revise ads based on client feedback, working with strategists to keep alignment and goals of campaign
Reporting & Analysis
• Compile manual performance data and creative for Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Shopify
• Update KPI trackers across platforms
• Write weekly performance summaries for internal and client review
Onboarding & Budget Tracking
• Complete setup checklists for Meta, Pinterest, and Google for new clients
• Input data for audits, brand overviews, and budget analyses
Client & Team Collaboration
• Assist the Senior Paid Social Strategist and Senior Paid Search Specialist with client communication
• Support user-generated content (UGC) initiatives as needed
What do you need to succeed?
Required Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce paid media, or a related field
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (Google Pinterest Ads a plus)
• Strong copywriting and attention to detail with interest in data driven analytics
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Interest in e-commerce fashion, beauty, and/or related lifestyle brands
Preferred Skills
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Knowledge of tracking pixels, catalogs, and platform integrations
• Familiarity with Shopify Analytics
