Role description
The Role:
We’re hiring a Facebook & Google Paid Media Buyer to manage and scale campaigns for a portfolio of e-commerce clients. You’ll lead campaign execution across Meta and Google platforms, focused on delivering measurable ROAS, driving conversions, and optimizing funnels.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and manage paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Google Shopping, and YouTube
• Analyze performance data and iterate creative, copy, and strategy to maximize ROAS
• Develop testing roadmaps (audience, placement, creative, offers, etc.)
• Collaborate with our design and account teams to craft high-performing ad content
• Report campaign performance with actionable insights
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and what’s working in e-comm
What You Bring:
• 3+ years of paid media buying experience (Facebook + Google)
• Proven track record managing e-commerce campaigns at scale
• Strong data analysis skills and comfort with attribution and pixel tracking
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Bonus: TikTok, Native Ads, or Rumble.com experience
• Atlanta-based or willing to relocate (remote considered for elite candidates only)
