Position Summary
We are seeking a Paid Media Buyer – TikTok & Meta to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid social campaigns that drive acquisition and revenue growth for Purity Products. This role will oversee agency management for Meta campaigns while personally owning TikTok strategy, execution, and scaling efforts. The ideal candidate combines data-driven decision-making with creative collaboration and understands how to leverage AI, UGC, and landing page optimization to maximize ROI—while staying compliant in the supplements space.
This is a 4-day onsite position (Monday through Thursday) with a Friday 1/2 (half) day remote.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute paid media strategies across TikTok and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), aligning with acquisition goals and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to plan campaign objectives, budgets, KPIs, and timelines.
• Conduct audience research to identify target segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
• Select optimal ad formats, placements, and creative approaches to maximize performance.
• Build budget allocation and scaling strategies to achieve efficiency and growth.
1. Campaign Execution & Management
• TikTok: Set up, manage, and scale campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager, including creative uploads, audience targeting, bid strategies, and optimization.
• Meta: Manage and oversee the Meta agency relationship, ensuring campaigns are aligned with strategy, compliant, and optimized for conversion.
• Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, CPM, etc.) and make data-backed optimizations.
• Implement A/B testing for creative, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to identify high-performing combinations.
• Ensure all campaigns meet FDA/FTC compliance guidelines for supplement advertising.
1. Creative Collaboration & Testing
• Partner with internal creative teams, freelancers, and UGC creators to develop high-converting ad assets.
• Use AI tools to generate and refine ad copy, headlines, hooks, and creative variations.
• Work with agency partners to source and test UGC content that resonates with target audiences.
• Collaborate with freelance designers/developers to create dedicated landing pages optimized for paid media traffic.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, platform features, and viral formats to enhance creative effectiveness.
1. Reporting & Analysis
• Provide weekly, biweekly, and monthly performance reports with key takeaways, actionable insights, and recommendations.
• Track, measure, and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for campaign scaling and efficiency improvements.
• Use attribution tools and analytics platforms (GA4, TikTok Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, North Beam) to measure performance accurately.
• Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable summaries for stakeholders.
1. Continuous Learning & Industry Awareness
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok and Meta platform updates, advertising policies, and algorithm changes.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Stay informed on broader digital marketing best practices, emerging channels, and new advertising tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
• 3–5+ years of experience in paid social media buying, with proven success scaling TikTok and Meta campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager functionalities.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet CPA, ROAS, and LTV goals.
• Hands-on experience with UGC content, creative testing, and AI-powered ad copy generation.
• Experience collaborating with agencies, freelancers, and creative teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, TikTok Analytics, and Meta reporting tools.
• Familiarity with landing page CRO best practices and tools (ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or Shopify LP builds).
• Knowledge of FDA/FTC compliance for supplement advertising (or willingness to learn quickly).
Preferred:
• Experience in the DTC supplements, wellness, or health space.
• Working knowledge of creative editing tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
• Experience with attribution tools such as NorthBeam.
