As a Paid Media Manager, you will lead the strategic direction for accounts, utilizing your deep understanding of paid media channels and client industries. Youโll seamlessly integrate team outputs to impact clients' businesses and provide holistic solutions while maintaining client engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to synthesize information from various platforms and communicate insights will empower client action. Youโll also guide clients in setting goals and work across disciplines to bring strategies to fruition, while mentoring and developing team members.
Day in the Life
โข Lead strategy for accounts, utilizing paid media expertise and guiding execution.
โข Collaborate with internal teams to translate client goals into actionable media strategies, clearly communicating both objectives and execution plans.
โข Integrate as part of the client's team, providing insightful solutions.
โข Communicate performance updates using tools like Slack and PowerBI.
โข Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to team members.
Your Qualifications
โข 5+ years of experience in paid media and account management in an agency setting.
โข Proficient with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and HubSpot (hands on).
โข Ability to mentor and develop team members.
โข Understanding of strategic media planning and execution.
โข Skilled in Slack, Trello, PowerBI, and Google Data Studio.
