Paid Media Manager (Meta & Google)
Location: Remote, UK-based only
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + performance bonus
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager to own and scale paid social (Meta) and paid search (Google) campaigns for a fast-scaling DTC eCommerce brand in the wellness/CPG space. You’ll be working with ambitious growth targets, managing budgets of £50K+ per month across UK & US markets.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Someone comfortable getting into the weeds of campaigns daily while also shaping strategy, testing creative, and driving scalable performance.
What You’ll Do
• Own end-to-end paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
• Manage and scale budgets (£50K+ monthly, across multiple regions).
• Be proactive and reactive in account management — making optimisations daily, not weekly.
• Test new ad creatives (UGC, statics, video) and collaborate with internal design & influencer teams.
• Partner with data/analytics specialists to drive performance insights and recommendations.
• Report on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, MER) and translate results into actionable strategies.
• Act as both strategist and executor; balancing high-level growth direction with hands-on delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
• 4+ years’ experience in paid media (Meta & Google) with proven results.
• Track record of scaling campaigns from £30–50K+ monthly spend.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, reporting tools (Triple Whale, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Comfortable in a startup/scale-up environment: scrappy, resourceful, and proactive.
• Experience briefing creatives, testing UGC, and optimising ad performance.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Background in D2C, supplements, wellness, or consumer brands.
• Knowledge of UGC workflows and performance creative best practices.
• Experience taking accounts from mid-level to multi-six-figure monthly spend.
