Job Title: Paid Media Manager Department: Marketing Reports To: Sr Director of Performance Marketing Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an end-of-year performance-based bonus . Compensation is determined based on factors such as location, relevant experience, and qualifications. Candidates in higher cost-of-living areas or with exceptional expertise may fall above this range. Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and data- driven Paid Media Manager to lead and scale our cross-channel media efforts, including search, social, direct mail, display, print, and television. This role is ideal for a digital-first thinker with strong DTC and healthcare or wellness marketing experience who can blend performance marketing with brand-building media strategies. You’ll drive media planning, execution, optimization, and analysis, ensuring our media investments deliver measurable impact across customer acquisition and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution • Own full-funnel media strategy across digital and traditional channels including paid search, paid social, display, direct mail, print, and TV • Build and manage media plans aligned to customer acquisition goals and brand awareness KPIs • Oversee campaign execution from brief to launch, including creative input, trafficking, QA, and in-flight optimization Channel Management & Optimization • Manage performance of Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms, and emerging channels (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) • Partner with vendors and internal teams to execute direct mail, print, or TV campaigns efficiently and at scale • Test and optimize messaging, creative, new concepts, and visual storytelling across channels Data & Reporting • Track and report on key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and lifetime value • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for cross-functional visibility • Use customer segmentation and audience insights to refine targeting and personalization Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership • Work closely with brand, creative, product, and analytics teams to align messaging and performance goals • Coordinate with lifecycle and ecommerce marketing teams to ensure alignment across the full marketing funnel • Provide regular insights to executive stakeholders to inform investment strategy Qualifications Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing • Experience managing six- to seven-figure media budgets across both digital and offline channels • Prior experience in a fast-growth consumer brand, ideally in wellness, healthcare, or telehealth Technical Skills • Deep hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.) • Familiarity with programmatic, OTT/CTV, or direct mail campaign execution • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar) • Experience with testing platforms and attribution tools a plus Soft Skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Analytical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and optimization • Proactive communicator comfortable working in a fully remote environment What We Offer • Competitive pay that reflects your experience and the impact you bring • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with employer match to support your long-term financial goals • Generous PTO and a flexible remote work environment that supports work-life balance • Exclusive perks through Ivim At Work, including discounts on Ivim services, wellness offerings, and products Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as geographic location and local market rates
