As Paid Media Manager, you’ll take a lead role in executing and evolving paid media strategy across Google and Meta platforms. You’ll manage a portfolio of DTC e-commerce clients, helping them unlock new growth opportunities while accelerating your own development towards a senior leadership role within two years. This is a fully remote position available to UK-based professionals, offering the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. • Manage up to 10 DTC client accounts, driving performance across search and social channels. • Present campaign insights and strategic recommendations to clients on a regular basis. • Deliver quarterly thought leadership sessions on emerging opportunities in paid media. • Foster strong relationships with Google and Meta representatives to maximise campaign impact. Essential Experience: • Minimum 3 years of paid media experience with a focus on DTC e-commerce clients. • Proven expertise in managing campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. • Comfortable translating data into actionable strategy for client reporting and optimisation. • Experience presenting to clients and stakeholders in a strategic advisory capacity. • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
