We are seeking a data-driven and creative Paid Media Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid campaigns across social, search, display, and emerging digital channels, leveraging data insights to deliver measurable results. You will collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to test, iterate, and scale high-performing campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Accountabilities
• Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, and cTV
• Manage and optimize product feeds for Google Shopping and other platforms to ensure accuracy and performance
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in ROAS and CAC efficiency
• Collaborate with the Creative team to develop and test ad assets, including visuals, copy, formats, and hooks
• Execute structured audience segmentation and bidding strategy experiments to scale effective campaigns
• Monitor industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging channels to maintain a competitive edge in digital advertising
• Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Work cross-functionally with site experience, brand, and retention teams to align paid media initiatives with broader marketing goals
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience managing paid media advertising, preferably in B2C eCommerce
• Hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing campaigns in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms
• Direct experience with Google Search and Google Shopping campaigns, including data feed management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and A/B testing
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to craft strategic advertising initiatives
• Knowledge of Shopify, GA4, or other eCommerce marketing tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven
