β’ Collaborate with the Creative team to create high-performing ad assets tailored to target audiences
β’ Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives to identify effective combinations that resonate with audiences
β’ Report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business)
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media advertising focusing on B2C eCommerce
β’ Hands-on experience building ads and managing campaigns within Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager
β’ Direct experience executing and optimizing Google Search and Google Shopping campaigns
β’ Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
β’ Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, or other eCommerce marketing tools
β’ Experience working cross-functionally with creative teams on paid advertising initiatives
β’ Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and A/B testing
