We are partnering with a digital agency in need of a Paid Search Manager to oversee strategy and execution across major search platforms. This role combines hands-on campaign management with client communication, performance analysis, and team leadership. You’ll drive results through optimization, testing, and collaboration across channels. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule in Chicago. Paid Search Manager Responsibilities • Lead Paid Search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and related products • Manage budgets, bid strategies, pacing, and optimizations • Serve as the client-facing lead, sharing insights and recommendations • Oversee campaign setup, KPI tracking, and reporting • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights • Mentor junior team members and support their growth Paid Search Manager Requirements • 3–5 years of Paid Search experience • Expertise with Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.); Microsoft Ads a plus • Strong analytical and Excel skills • Client-facing communication and relationship management experience • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Apply today if your skills align with the above!
