As a Paid Search Marketing Manager, you'll be a strategic driver of performance across search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of global brands. This is a remote, full-time position tailored for a digital marketer who thrives on data, client collaboration, and continuous optimization. Accountabilities:
β’ Take ownership of paid search campaign management across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and global secondary engines
β’ Optimize performance using both manual techniques and proprietary automation tools, streamlining workflows and enhancing results
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, leading strategic conversations, presenting results, and ensuring alignment on campaign goals
β’ Translate client objectives into actionable search strategies, driving revenue growth and maximizing return on ad spend
β’ Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
β’ 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, particularly across Google and Bing platforms
β’ Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; capable of transforming data into actionable insights and compelling narratives
β’ Proven ability to manage and lead client relationships with clarity, professionalism, and strategic influence
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various platforms (virtual meetings, emails, chats)
β’ Self-starter with critical thinking skills, able to work independently while fostering team collaboration
β’ Must be able to work full-time during New York (Eastern) business hours
β’ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not available for this role
