Accountabilities
β’ Develop, execute, and optimize high-performing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
β’ Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting strategies and budgets to achieve or exceed KPIs
β’ Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimizations for keywords, ad copy, and bidding strategies
β’ Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, providing proactive recommendations and performance insights
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to integrate PPC learnings into broader marketing strategies
β’ Prepare and present clear, actionable reports with key takeaways and opportunities for improvement
β’ Identify innovative opportunities to enhance campaign performance and efficiency
Requirements
β’ 4+ years of experience in PPC campaign management (mid-level candidates may be considered with 1-2 years)
β’ Strong track record in direct-response and performance-based marketing
β’ Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
β’ Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and vlookups
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
β’ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
β’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred:
β’ Experience with display and paid social campaigns
β’ Knowledge of Local Inventory Ads
β’ Previous agency experience
β’ Certifications in Google Ads or Microsoft Ads
β’ Experience with Search Ads 360
