About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Search Manager to lead and optimize our paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for performance marketing, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
• Oversee day-to-day campaign management, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and audience targeting.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, analytics, design) to align paid search with overall digital marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in PPC and digital advertising.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Train and mentor junior team members or external partners (if applicable)
Qualifications:
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns at scale.
• D2C and Beauty/Skincare experience highly recommended.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, MTA (Northbeam/Triplewhale), Google Analytics (GA4), and related tools.
• Proven track record of improving campaign performance and hitting growth targets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, compelling way.
• D2C and Beauty/Skincare industry experience highly recommended.
Compensation: $80-$120K plus bonus
