This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, thrives on data-driven decision-making, and is energized by the challenge of scaling campaigns for complex clients, including gaming, entertainment, and tech. As the Paid Search & Social Manager, you’ll lead strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. You’ll partner closely with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns that meet and exceed client KPIs. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day management of paid search and social media campaigns, including strategy development, execution, reporting, and optimization. • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, data) and external partners to ensure cohesive campaign development and delivery. • Translate client goals into actionable media plans and tactical recommendations across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and Reddit. • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, pacing, and testing plans across multiple accounts. • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities that improve ROAS, CPA, and other performance metrics. • Develop and deliver reporting dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders and client teams. • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad tech; proactively recommend new strategies or beta opportunities. • Contribute to new business pitches and strategy development for potential clients in gaming and high-growth categories. Ideal Candidate Profile • 3–5 years of experience in paid search and paid social, ideally within an agency, gaming, or tech-focused environment. • Proven success managing complex, high-spend campaigns across multiple platforms. • Deep understanding of media performance metrics, attribution models, and funnel-based marketing. • Strong command of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, and third-party tracking platforms (e.g., CM360, GA4, Looker Studio). • Strong analytical skills—comfortable digging into data and presenting performance insights to internal and external teams. • Exceptional communication and client management skills; ability to simplify complex concepts and earn client trust. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management. • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team and navigating fast-paced environments.
