Paid Social Lead - DTC eCommerce
Remote US or Canada – Full Time
This role requires hands-on, in-platform Facebook, paid social experience driving direct response / customer acquisition campaigns for a DTC ecommerce company
Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company in the consumer health and wellness space, is seeking a Paid Social Lead to own and scale one of their most important acquisition channels.
In this role, you will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok—driving new customer acquisition and fueling revenue growth. You will have full ownership of the channel, from building best-in-class account structures to collaborating with creative teams on high-performing ads, and designing a robust testing roadmap that takes performance to the next level.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, hands-on, results-focused marketer to make a massive impact in a high-growth, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
• Own all aspects of Paid Social: strategy, setup, execution, reporting, and optimization
• Manage budgets and deliver against ambitious sales and revenue goals
• Collaborate with creative, data, and product teams to scale winning campaigns and test new approaches
• Proactively improve campaign performance through data insights and creative iteration
• Lead a paid social testing roadmap to continually drive performance gains
Requirements
• 5+ years’ hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) in DTC eCommerce idealy telehealth and / or supplements
• Proven track record of scaling accounts from start-up size to market leader
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex performance challenges
• Experience in attribution, tracking, multivariate and A/B testing, and campaign reporting
• Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where you can work independently and take initiative
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
