Role: Growth Marketing Lead (Paid Social)
Location: Remote - US or Canada
This role requires hands on experience managing large Paid Social campaigns on META and other social platforms.

The Role
Searching for a paid social media specialist who can amplify paid growth initiatives and fuel rapid expansion across both subscriber and advertiser funnels. Youβll be the strategist behind our paid acquisition efforts β running experiments, refining campaigns, and uncovering untapped channels before the competition spots them.
This position calls for someone who can combine sharp analytical thinking with creative problem-solving and technical know-how. Youβll use AI-driven tools to quickly generate and iterate on ad concepts, dig into performance data to identify opportunities, and explore unconventional platforms that could open new paths for growth.
Your Responsibilities
β’ Full Ownership of Paid Media (Paid Social Media): Oversee campaigns on major platforms like Meta and LinkedIn while keeping CAC within ambitious targets.
β’ Channel Exploration: Identify and trial nontraditional advertising opportunities β niche publications, targeted online communities, podcast sponsorships, and emerging ad networks.
β’ Creative Production at Scale: Build a streamlined creative testing process using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT) to produce and optimize ad variations rapidly.
β’ Data-First Decision Making: Design and evaluate A/B tests, monitor performance across cohorts, and make fast pivots based on LTV and acquisition performance.
β’ Budget Optimization: Double down on what works and cut what doesnβt, moving resources quickly toward the highest-return activities.
β’ Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product, Data, and Sales to align campaigns with launches and broader company goals.
β’ Stay on the Cutting Edge: Track and test emerging ad formats, platforms, and AI capabilities.
What You Bring
β’ 3+ years managing large-scale paid budgets ($100k+/month) with measurable success.
β’ Strong command of Meta Ads, plus experience with LinkedIn and other rising platforms.
β’ A portfolio of creative ad concepts, ideally with examples of AI-assisted creation.
β’ Comfort working deep in performance metrics and identifying growth levers.
β’ Proven success in scaling unconventional acquisition channels.
β’ Independent, action-oriented work style with excellent communication skills.
β’ Bonus points for familiarity with Hubspot and WordPress.
