Paid Social Senior Manager – 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
📍 Hybrid, 3 days per week in London
💰 £60,000–£75,000 + benefits
We’re partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand that’s scaling rapidly across the UK and international markets. Paid Social is their fastest-growing acquisition channel - and they’re now hiring a Senior Manager for Paid Social to lead strategy, inspire a team, and supercharge performance during a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Why this role stands out:

• Manage significant budgets, optimising for CPA, ROAS, and new customer growth.
• Leverage advanced attribution tools to measure performance and guide channel strategy.

• 6+ years of Paid Social experience with channel and team leadership.
• Proven expertise in Meta and TikTok, with confidence briefing and working with creators/UGC.
• Strong communicator and hands-on leader who can coach and roll sleeves up when needed.
