Weβre seeking a Manager, Paid Social to join our team. This role is a client-facing role focused on developing high-level strategies for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest accounts with monthly spends exceeding $100K. If youβre a Paid Social expert with a knack for analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities, and creating scalable strategies for large eCommerce accounts, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
β’ Oversee and mentor a team of 3 Senior Strategists responsible for campaign builds, daily optimizations, creative testing, and reporting.
β’ Provide strategic direction, set performance expectations, and foster professional growth within the team.
β’ Partner cross-functionally with creative teams, account managers, and clients to align on campaign strategy and execution.
Performance Strategy & Optimization
β’ Monitor and advise on daily campaign optimizations across client portfolios to ensure the highest potential ROAS.
β’ Develop testing roadmaps for audience segmentation, bidding strategies, placements, and creative variations.
β’ Stay current on platform updates, emerging ad products, and industry best practices to keep strategies cutting-edge.
Creative Guidance
β’ Partner with creative teams to advise and ideate on concepts that drive measurable performance in paid campaigns.
β’ Interpret platform-level learnings and data to influence creative direction and messaging strategy.
Client Communication & Reporting
β’ Deliver weekly client-facing performance reports leveraging attribution and analytics tools such as Rockerbox, Domo, or similar platforms.
β’ Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on both tactical and strategic opportunities in paid social.
Qualifications
β’ 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid social across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Pinterest.
β’ 3+ years of management experience leading high-performing teams.
β’ Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes (ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.) across multiple client accounts.
β’ Hands-on experience with 3rd party attribution and reporting platforms (Rockerbox, Domo, or similar).
β’ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence strategy.
β’ Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with experience presenting performance results and recommendations to executives.
β’ Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic agency or multi-client environment.
