Remote (US-based company, international team)
EST Hours (with some flexibility towards EU timezones)

We’re looking for an experienced Meta DTC media buyer to lead paid social for our clients and to play a key role in scaling our clients’ success. Y’all is a boutique performance creative and marketing agency. We specialize in scaling DTC CPG brands through creative strategy and media buying for paid social and paid search. While we have clients in a variety of verticals (including local lead gen), many of our clients fall into the health and wellness, or food and beverage spaces.

What you'll do
The Paid Social Media Buyer / Growth Strategist is responsible for the day-to-day management of ad accounts across paid social channels for 5-7 brands. They will also manage our small and growing paid social team, ensuring that we deliver excellent results for our clients and provide best-in-class service.
• You will be responsible for the day-to-day builds and maintenance of ad accounts across 5-7 brands, as well as overseeing execution for all Meta ads clients.
• You will eventually manage the growing media buying as we expand.
• You will be leading routine (weekly, monthly) reporting processes for your accounts and reviewing reporting for your team's clients.
• You will share performance updates and insights from your accounts with the Director of Performance Marketing, as well as consolidating updates and insights from your team.
• You will support overall account strategy, collaborating with media buyers and senior leadership.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years of experience managing Facebook Ads and other paid social platforms like TikTok Ads for direct-to-consumer brands.
• A true interest in eCommerce and DTC brands (seriously, this one is important, email marketing@yall.co the names of two of your favorite DTC brands, with the subject line DTC Brands, MB Job. It'll also show us that you read the job description carefully)
• Resourceful problem solver and strong troubleshooter
• A desire to always be learning new things
• Desire to empower and contribute to the growth and success of clients
• Results-focused with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines
• Strong copywriting skills, with an ability to come up with creative ideas for ads
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Receptive to and eager for feedback

• Fluency in English

• A history of working with both ecommerce and lead generation clients.
