Role description
National Positions is a data-driven digital marketing agency. We are a Google Preferred Partner, a five-time Inc 500 winner, and a regular contributor to Forbes Featured, AdWorld, Affiliate World, DigiMarCon, and more Our paid social department is looking for a new Paid Social Media Strategist to join our team. As our strategist, you will manage a group of clients (this is a client-facing role), contribute to improving ad campaign performance, and accelerate revenue growth for brands both nationally and internationally. You will be responsible for the development and execution of paid ad campaigns primarily on Meta, with room for growth into TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and/or X platforms. Responsibilities • Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid social campaigns, audience building, and ad creation across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and X. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make recommendations and decisions for optimization and improvements. • Partnering with our cross-functional teams to execute an omnichannel approach for the client’s overall growth. (SEO, PPC, Marketing Automation teams, etc.) • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, communicating results with key stakeholders in the agency and clients on a weekly or monthly basis (seeing what is working and WHY it is working) • Foster strong client relationships through excellent communication and providing valuable insights. • You know what ROAS, CPM, CPL, CPC, CAC, and LTV metrics mean, how to report on them, and how to make optimizations surrounding them. Qualifications • 4+ years in paid social media advertising • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, DTC. • Familiarity with first-party data and its impact on paid media • Passion for social media marketing and emerging social trends • You love the data, metrics, and analytics (you like to know why things work!) • Pixel implementation and data leverage experience • Domain verification and aggregate event measurement tool experience • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or a business-related field • Terms like audiences, ad sets, A/B testing, and multivariate testing don't scare you • Experience in creating dynamic and compelling ad content (utilizing Canva or equivalent) • Love to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends • You are a self-starter and a creative problem solver • Flexible and able to multitask multiple responsibilities • Experience with data-centric client reporting • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and influencing skills Benefits • Paid holidays • Paid time off • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits • Life insurance • Flexible hours Salary - $75,000 to $85,000
